How long will my staff be in training? +

Typically three to six months, depending on the course. More than half of the training is work-based learning, so your staff keep contributing while they learn.

How much does Ukarimu training cost? +

It depends on the type of training. In general, Ukarimu training requires a commitment fee — get in touch and we will talk you through the options.

What is expected of tourism companies that work with Ukarimu? +

We ask partner companies to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). We only work with companies that provide decent working conditions for their employees and interns.
