How long will my staff be in training? +
Typically three to six months, depending on the course. More than half of the training is work-based learning, so your staff keep contributing while they learn.
For tourism companies

Learning that continues beyond the classroom, online or offline.
Focused training designed to fit around the demands of real work.
Examples and standards drawn from your own market and context.
How it works

We partner with companies that provide decent working conditions.
Practical training delivered by Ukarimu-certified trainers.
Keep your upskilled staff, or take on newly trained interns.
Ukarimu interns were more polished, exposed, confident and interactive. Their level of knowledge across different departments was higher than that of trainees from other institutions.
